We’re seeking a talented and motivated Editor/Videographer Intern to assist our creative and social media teams to develop engaging content and campaigns.

Position Summary:

As an Editor/Videographer Intern at BCH you will play a key role in producing, editing, and enhancing video content for our clients’ social media and advertising campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in video editing and videography. Candidates who have knowledge of motion graphics and animation through Adobe After Effects will have even more opportunity to build their skills. You’ll work closely with our creative and social production team, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Editing – Edit and enhance video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  2. Video Production – Work with agency producers and art directors to capture high-quality video content for social media campaigns, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and framing.
  3. Motion Graphics and Animation – If you possess these skills, create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to elevate video content.
  4. Content Optimization – Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that videos are optimized for each social media platform, including formatting and aspect ratios.
  5. Creative Input – Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for video concepts and executions to make campaigns stand out.
  6. Quality Control – Review and proofread video content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  7. Adaptability – Stay current with trends in social media, video production, and animation to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, such as film, media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
  • Skills in motion graphics and animation, particularly in After Effects or Canva (a strong plus).
  • Experience with camera equipment and video production techniques.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic work (if available).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
